I'm only dealing with cities and states cos I dunno how protos dealing with the oceans and so on, added Ryesville and the city of Wheat Bay
NB: Also as Proto said you have to tell me where you want your towns/states/etc so mark them on a small map and I'll add them, oh and if you have a city you have to find a state to except your city too
I dont care where it is, put in anywhere, I dont care if its a floating city LOL

Three rules.
1. Once you claim land for a new state. That's it. No claiming new land.
2. One city per member.
3. After all the states are claimed. You are left with establishing a city in a state of your choice.
That's it.

"Eyesonia" is still undecided on an official name, and the "Capital" city is still nameless.
