    Angry Virus?

    Every once in a while my computer gives me the following warning:

    <img src=http://forums.eyesonff.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=9582&stc=1>

    So I run the suggested program, and it finds nothing. I run Search and Destroy, and that finds nothing. I Google the name of the .exe and that gets no results. I type the file path into explorer and it says there's no such thing.

    So how do I make it shut up?

    My Computer > Right click on c:\ > properties > disk cleanup > let it calculate (it can take a while) > more options > system restore > clean up > yes > ok > ok/yes

    And then there is Death

    If it's been cleaned off the computer except in the current System Restore backup you're about to delete though, then how can it reback itself up again? Unless you get infected again, anyway

    Endless's method appears to have fixed it; it hasn't come up since doing what he said to do.

    $40 for Norton or $0 for the French guy! Yay! :skull3:
