Okay, PM your votes to me. You may vote for 5-10 nations. The top 23 nations will be chosen. The leaders of these nations will, in order of how many votes they got (most to least, obviously), choose where they wish to create their first settlement. Only one settlement may exist per region. This does NOT mean you will own the entire region. This is just so that the nations will be spread out. The regional map will be shown hopefully within the next 24 hours, but voting will probably carry for a longer period of time.

It's showing up low because your entry has new line characters in it when you wrote the table

For example, if I make a table all on one line (<table><tr><td>)it appears like this:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But if I type out the table with lots of new line characters
(<table>
    <tr>
        <td>)
it makes it like this:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The moral of the story? Type out your tables all in one continuous line with no "returns" to get a nice looking table.
