I agree that such games should most certainly not be sold to young kids.. I'd say 18 is a bit old, but 15 or 16 seems reasonable. However... imagine you're a sales-person, and a 12 year-old wants to spend a few dozen bucks/pounds on that computer game... would you REALLY say no?
