Join Date

Look in my profile. My join date says January 1, 2000. Now, EoFF was still an EzBoard in January of '00.

So my question is: WHY? If you(general look at the older admins) wanted to make the join date more accurately reflect when I registered, why isn't it at Dec. 6, 1999? Why just set it back to the beginning of '00?

It doesn't bother me or anything. Just something odd, and wondering if there is, in fact, a logical explanation for it. I have this odd feeling of deja vu, as if I've asked this before(probably to Britt), but don't remember the answer(assuming there was one).

Wasn't there a board reset in 2001 sometime? Maybe after that they screwed up your start dates...

I don't even know who set the join dates back, since it was probably done 2 years ago. It might've been done to bump your join date back far enough to let you have a custom title, back when we weren't up to 8 months worth of MB yet and we had to do that to people because of a huge MB reset / upgrade. Or maybe someone doesn't like you. I can't say no because you didn't ask me to do anything. If you ask me to set your join date back to 1999, then I can say no. Poor Raist.
