Have you ever mistaken someone here for another gender? Some people have names where you don't know if they are boy(?) or a girl (?)

No. I am perfect in every way. Everyone is of neutral (neither male or female) gender in my head until I know for sure. Usually, I will check their profile if I want to know. People should get into the habit of doing that for me.

That's how I work these things. If someone has a male character's name in their username, I generally assume they're a guy until I'm told otherwise. D=

sephxangel posed quite a problem, since Sephy is a guy, yet Angel is a 'girly' screen name. Eventually I decided to stop guessing and actually look at her profile.
I tend to associate gender with either the screen name or avatar of a member, though often it comes up in general conversation anyway. The best advice is, if you're not sure of a person's gender, look it up.
