    Default Stupid chocobos

I have 2 class b wonderful chocobos in my roster. No matter how hard I try they wand seem to give birth to a blue chocobo. They got a green one no trouble with a class B wonderful and a class C good one. What the crap is wrong here?

    good + wonderful = green/blue
wonderful + wonderful = yellow (so nothing)

Just mate the good with the wonderful again until you get the color and gender that you need (since the green needs to mate with the blue eventually). It takes time.

Oh I can deny the joy it gives me. I don't get much joy in resetting a game 30 times in hopes of getting the right sex and color chocobo.

Following the Chocobo Sage's advice doesn't guarantee the right color/sex chocobo. i.e if I have a green male and need a blue female I always have to reset the game 20-30 times before I get the right color/sex combination that I need. Same for any of my friends when they play. I've never heard of anyone getting the right colors and sexes the first time they breed when they play.

3 times i,ve done it first time. i normally just have a good male and great female 4 the first colour, and alternate the genders 4 the other colour. i also change to other locations 4 the second ones parents.

i also ensure they have raced alot and have reached class S before breeding. if u do the same then i must e the luckiest ff7 player ever.

You must be the luckiest FFVI player ever because I've never met anyone that has been able to do all of htat on the first try every time. I always get colored chocobos, they just happen to be the wrong color or sex for mating for the black chocobo so I have to reset the machine several times.

I found it relatively easy in doing the whole Chocobo raising. I happened to catch the correct Chocobos in a fairly short time. When mating, the randomness decided to be in my favour, so I was pleased. The most amount of times I had to reset to get the right combinations probably was only seven or eight. Isn't randomness great?
I suppose the next time I do it, though, I will have to reset countless times, and catch Chocobo after Chocobo. Things can't always be easy.
