Break damage and hp limit

Are there items to let the characters break hp limit and break damage limit? if so where are they?

There are two garment grids that allow you break both hp and damage limits. You get one from Shinra after you oversoul every monster in the game (and who has time for that?), and the other for completing the area under the chocobo ranch.

Auto Abilities:

Break HP Limit
Allows HP to exceed 9999 HP that is if you have more than 9999 HP, you will
not be just restricted to just 9999 HP.

Getting it:
Skip Mission at Moonflow Defending the Travelling Cart Mission in SL1.

In SL2 Tobli should be in your Celcius Cabin walkway with the 3 musicians
(The 3 carrying a drum trumpet and a harp.) You have to push Tobli
(penguin-like short red guy) first into theelevator following that the
other 3.

Auto Abilities:

Break Damage Limit
Allows damage to exceed 9999 damage.
Allowing to reach a maximum of 99999 damage dealt that is if you uses high
damage dealing attacks.

Getting it:

In Kilika Island, the second screen where the gate blocking your way the
Kilika forest is. In this screen, at the bottom right hand corner there will
be a ship with several people standing on it. One of them is holding a camera
supported by his shoulder. Talk to him, he will tell you something about the
Seinen Doumei (Youth League) Secret Base, next choose the first option to view
the Seinen Doumei Base.

Do this in SL1 & SL3 (you can't visit this Kilika in SL2 & SL4 it's part
of the story) Come back here in SL 5 again, talk to the same guy and choose
the first option to view the island again, after he will give you a special
treat to let you get into that Base. Choose the first option to proceed. The
accessory is in one of the treausre chest, look at the map and make your way to
the treasure chest since the screen is in filming mode when you get there.
Just follow the steps you will get it.

Thanks man. hate to bother you again but isnt there a skill with the special dresspheres to break damage and hp limit i cant get them i have all the other abilities and theres 2 empty slots

Yes there is. You have to get an item for each, though. So 6 items in total. I'm not looking those up so you'll have to find them yourself, but gamefaqs is an excellent site.

The items for Break HP/Damage on the characters special dressspheres are:

For Yuna's Floral Fallal

Break Damage - The item "Twilight Rain". Can be found in Chest in Waterfall Way in Besaid (not sure how you get to this, sorry).

Break HP - The item "Aurora Rain". Can be found in a chest in the Chamber of the Stolen Fayth.

For Rikku's Machina Maw

Break Damage - The item "Machina Booster". Can be found in a chest in the HQ - lift of Mushroom Rock Road.

Break HP - The item "Machina Reactor". Can be found in a Chest in the Chocobo Dungeon.

For Paine's Full Throttle

Break Damage - The item "Victor Primoris". Can be found in a chest in Mi'hen Highroad New Road North Entrance (I think for this you ride a chocobo and stand on a yellow feather until it asks you if you want to jump).

Break HP - The item "Corpus Invictus". Can be found in the New Cave in the Thunder Plains.

Ummmm, the location for Enterprise given, unless I'm mistaken, is actually for Cat's Nip. The Enterprise is in the New Cave, Act 5.
