If it's from a secret scene, then it's likely from the Cloud/Zack explanation, the Vincent/Lucrecia flashback, or the Icicle Inn tapes. I think, in any case, that it's the latter; I seem to recall Ifalna saying "Wh...what?" during the final tape.
