Final fantasy 5, underwater I think, a fun little temple with two trick doors in each room. Click the wrong one and you are screwed. I did this fun little thing for hours before screaming "I DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS F-ING GAME IT CAN F-ING F ITS F-ING MOTHER FOR ALL I CARE!!!!"
So....That leaves my not completed FF games list with 5,7 and 11. Hopefully I will get FF7 in 2 or 3 days (Internet shopping!)

Zelda OoT: Water Palace
Golden Eye: Escorting Tatiana and keeping her alive so she can play with the computers, while wave after wave of enemies come out to kill her. Augh.
SSBM: Beating both hands at the same time, and the mission where you fight Falcon then Falco at the end. They always kick my ass.
Freespace 2: the "Love treason, but hate the traitor" mission.
SaGa Frontier 2: the last two missions (the village at the forest's edge and the egg)
And then there is Death
Mega Man Zero.
One of the hardest games I have ever played. Secificly the mission stop the hacking.

Getting the patience to get 300K for elemental Staves in Midgard FFXI.
The elemental staves are 300k on Midgardsormr? That's the server I'm going to be on shortly. That's a blessing for me. It could be worse. I hear they go for as much as 400k on some servers.

I totally agree with Lindy, I didn't have any major problems with the water temple in OoT even the first time I played it. Although it might be the hardest in the game, it's still not very tough.
Mine would probably be:
DKC2 - Klobber Karnage. I can do it now, but the first time I tried, I lost about 50 lives there...
DKC2 -Toxic Tower (at least the first part with the snake, the rest is rather easy)
FFX - 200 lightning bolts, and the chocobo-race (forgot what it's called) with 0 seconds.
And, although it's not required and doesn't even give you any extra items if you get enough others:
FFX-2, calibrating Rikku's third lightning-tower.
FFX-the part after yunas wedding
diablo2-act4 quest2 hellforge
