Default EASY AS DELL THAT'S HILAAAAARIOUS

What are your thoughts on the state of audiovisual desire development? Does the advertisement world ever seem like a strange parallel universe of magic and superstition? Are Saturn commercials comedic genius? Do you feel Coke has captured its market as an American celebration of individuality and sugar even though Dr Pepper got Smokey Robinson? Do we care what Smokey Robinson drinks? Does the advertising world inspire us to make overinclusive suggestions about our concern or lack thereof over Smokey Robinson's choice of cola through its population-cross-sectioning-and-large-scale-target-demographics sort of approach?

I have to admit, that even I myself contribute to a part of society. Beit whether or not that I choose to watch tv commercials or not, I'm making a decision on whether I like something, or choose to tolerate it. Dell pc's may seem like they're easy, and I cannot really say so or not, because I have not tested one myself to see. What I can say, is that all that I can accumulate from their products, is from their commercials. If i choose to tolerate them, I will be uninfluenced, and unable to make more decisions on whether I like something or not, rather than just being plain ignorant or curious.

so in conclusion. *tosses computer out window*

I despise commercials, not only because they are a long pause between entertainment, but they are also dumb.

    Blanco watches too much TV.

But commercials don't bother me. I typically go do something else while they're on. Like kiss puppies or rescue deer from hunters.

    Signature by rubah. I think.

I don't watch enough TV to see commercials. Most comercials I do happen to see are extremely annoying.

I saw a Bally Fitness commercial that lasted 5 minutes.

    Mrmrmrmrmrmrmrmrm. Yargh. Commercials.

The two companies that irritate me the most: Dr. Pepper and Coca Cola.

Dr. Pepper's "Be You" commercials. Okay, these are generally old washed-up or otherwise unknown artists who are only doing these commercials because they can't get money otherwise, telling you to be you.

Coca Cola's doing those ads that I guess are supposed to look into the life of average, everyday kids. And the commercials are stupid and have nothing to do with coke. "Yeah, so me and my buddies were at the skate park, pulling off some mad tricks. All of a sudden, some crips came up to sell their weed. I got pissed and shot one of them...but he died. We had to make a mad dash across town, and we stole a car. Now we're living in Mexico but we're working on making a new skate park. DRINK COCA COLA." NNNYEAAAAAAAAAARGH. I hate commercials.

I analyzed a Wendy's magazine ad last quarter for my English class. I found out that people care because they'll never buy anything on their own. They have to be told to buy products.
