The nations around Desierto seem to be allieing themselves and leaving the other colony away. So I was wondering if I could beef up the boarders and shut Desierto off to the rest of the countinent. Since Ohne Wasser is a port city I can still send supply/troops or whatever to Fiorenseo and vice versa. Any thoughts?

I hereby do state the formation of five Military Academies situated around the mountain Vedret and Mnt. Goden. Two shall be situated on the Fiorensio map, and two on the Desiertio....one shall however remain a secret to those needed to be privy to the situation due to possible intervention/spying from other countries. It is I, the Minister of War, who must take on the solemn duty of training and protecting the citizeniery of Fiorensio from the possibility of attack. In doing such, one of the academies shall be based on physical attributes within combat, and one on the magical. The third will be under my direct command and its location secret.

I take great pride in the fact that our military is one of the greatest in skill, if not size due to our unique standing. I look forward to protecting our great nation.

Also, as such, the city I have founded shall be located between these academies...connecting them into one great area. The City of Tri'loki shall be founded thusly, as I wish to remain in personal contact with my troops if any need arises. Moral is a top concern, for without such an army will surely fail.

Oro'Tulis Academy shall only be known to the Prime Minister himself. Location, Studies and Use shall be overseen by the Arch-General and five Generals themselves.

Drak'ili Academy and Psycalis Academy will have exact copies in Desierto at Mnt. Goden. It is my duty to protect all lands of Fiorensio, and as such Desierto. Two Drak'ili Academies, one in Desierto, one in Fiorensio. The same shall be done with Psycalis Academy. Thus shall border protection, army build and regional police be set up.
