Its excellent. I don't know how to help you with your inking problem though, ask that guy who drew that phenomenal picture of magus.

    Thumbs up

Pretty cool, dirty scan adds a little something, I think. I'd like to see the full pic.

As for your inking, you've got it down to a science, which is bad. You've got standard black outlines and standard solid black areas indicating shadows. Try to avoid sepparating these two things. Every line should reflect a shadow the figure casts on itself. So basically, vary your line thickness, do so based on the amount of shadow which should be cast, and if there shouldn't be any shadow someplace, don't misguide the veiwer by putting ink there.
Also, Venom, being a uniquely organic character, seems to require an organic set of inks. This means curves, make the ink look like it's flowing even when it's dry. Of course, all this advice can be dismissed on account of "style," (which is important to have, but don't kid yourself. If you're not controlling it, it's not axactly your "style") but give it a try and see what you think.

Hope this helps. This is my first post in probably over a year (hoping to stick around for a bit, at least 'till I'm shipped off to college), so I don't know if you're a regular or not, but here's hoping I see more of your work, I enjoyed it!

Rad. Nice and clean looking, other than the paper fraying from the red ink.
