I mean I heard on the set of the last samurai, Tom Cruise almost met an unsightly end, as his robotic mount zigged when it should've zagged.His co-star (Whom I'm ashamed to say, I can't remember his name for the life of me) was able to pull his blow in a nick of time. That had me just awestruck.
