I'd have to say Margulis is better than Albedo, since Margulis doesn't do high-pitched freaky laughs, weird movements, an even scarier Japanese laugh and he never removes something from his body. o_O

Buuuuut, (SPOILER)I'd have to say my persona villain would have to be Dr. Yuriev AKA Gaignun (He's in his body? ...I dunno. He's just in his body. )
