    Ragnarok is found on the Chocobo Hot and Cold Sidequest, in one of the later treasure chests. I think it's Chest 21, but I'm not entirely sure.

    I believe it's in chest 21 too.And the ability it gives you "shock" is the most powerful for steiner.
