Important threads will be made, but you'll have to find it on your own. We may inform you, but only if you have been absent from the Eizon forum for awhile. As for setting up communities, I won't recommend that, but feel free to do so. No stopping anyone from helping other nations to further develop Eizon. You may want to get together with other nations to develop roads for travel among nations, and that was the purpose for the Eisgaean conflict, to have the nations solve the problem at hand. Are we allowed to set up communities to inform each other of whats going on, and why did you change the name of Psys country and towns, and are you allowed to do that with anyones you feel unsutible?
