Really for me it was simple all I did was use attacks (black magic, Holy) and he went down easy but then again I did try to beat the Omega Ruins and when I finally got to the end and beat the Omega Weapon my characters were strong very strong (and yay Kimarahi learned Nova by lanceting Omega) so everyone was strong and the final boss (SPOILER)Yu Yevon was even easier.
I used armor break with auron and then i left all the other things to anima.With 2 oblivion jecht was beaten.
