It's Velld, obviously. There's not much need for discussing it at this point. He voted pop over soda, I GUESS posted in colored fonts, posted a lot in the Help Forums, Hsu had him listed as most missed.

EDIT: And Velld did indeed register in 2000 - although that was before the vBulletin was reset, so you can't exactly find out that information using his current profile registration date.
