Wanted Vincent and Costa Del Sol help!

Okay I thought that I could hget Vincent but there is a problem... I've followed the clues but I can't get to the safe!! I got to a picture and I thought that the safe was behind it but there is nothing there!

    Help me... I'm getting desperate...

And I've already have the 30.000 Gil to buy the house at Costa del Sol, I went there to buy it but the man just say 'Is this a joke?', I didn't say anything! :riiight:

How can I buy the house?

    Thankx for the help!

    Lotsa luv

The safe is not hard to find. It's a big armoured locker on the ground floor (to your left if you have your back to the door). The clues are for opening the safe, not for finding it.

I had problems buying the house after I had once offered him an insufficient amount. Maybe that's what happened. Are you sure you had 30.000 gil on you when you offered to buy it?

My first time through I had the cash and bought it. I didn't know anything about a safe. So yeah, you prolly can't give to little at first.

The safe is in the Shinra Mansion in Nibelheim. I found it straight away, because it looks like a safe should look. The trick is to find out the combination, and then enter it fast enough and without errors.

You can sell a mastered All materia for 1,400,000 Gil. That should give you plenty of spare cash.

If you come in from the world map, you walk under a bridge with an information booth to the right. Walk up the stairs onto the bridge. Going left takes you to the dock, but going right takes you into a large house with a guy lounging on a bed. You can offer to buy the house from him. There's (SPOILER) free treasure in the basement even if you don't.

No, it's always the same. (SPOILER)Right 36, Left 10, Right 59, Right 97. And I thought the house at Costa del Sol cost 100,000+ Gil. I wouldn't recommend buying the house anyway, you can get every item in the building even without buying the place, and a free inn isn't worth thousands of gil.

GLR: No point to buying it really. Sure, it's a free rest but it costs more money than any cumulation of inn stays. Anyhow, you get a free rest on the Highwind in disc 3 anyway.

If I remember correctly, the house at Costa De Sol costs 300,000, not 30,000.

    Free INNs:
Fort Condor (after you talk to the father)
Highwind (the airship you fly in. Talk to the guy in the Operations room)
Ancient City (the only building with beds)
Junnon (that old woman's house after saving Priscilla (it is an old woman, right?))
Wutai (the building in front of the Wutai Tower)
