Default NJ Governor Resigns Due To Gay Affair

    http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...us/nj_governor

At first, I thought it was a complete hoax, but I received a call from a family friend who works in the NJ legistature and it is indeed true. This is VERY shocking news.

I cannot help but feel bad for his family as well as other people involved in this matter. If he had just been a Homosexual, I don't think this would be a problem, or I hope not at least, but because it was an affair, I believe he had no other choice but to resign.

    Take care all.

This is just another story in the unjust bigotry of homosexual discrimination. Until the United States begins to become more open minded, people who are gay will always live in the closet, unfortunately.

Especially now that 4000 gay marriages have been annulled in California...

I wonder - if Monica Lewinsky had been a man, would Clinton have resigned?

It's not that he's gay really, in my opinion, but that he has a wife and two kids, he had an affair, and then he announces he's gay. Why did he marry a women and have two kids if he was gay, is my question.

Cover up the fact that he was gay. How was he supposed to get elected and such if he was gay.

One of CNN's show i watched had an non-scientific online poll, and in the span of an hour it said 67% of people WOULD vote for a Gay politician and 33% wouldnt.

Those numbers kinda suprised me, in a happy way. Things are going in the right direction, theres becoming less and less discrimination based on sexual oreintation.

Just thought that was relevant to Escobar's post.

i've never understood the women who pretend to be happily married to these men, because closet gay politicans are more numerous then you'd think. If he doesn't love her and uses her as a poster of repsectability why does she stand by him.
Your sig is too hilarious and witty, thus i have removed it to protect the minds of all forum goers

Um...he had an affair. Can I ask what relation does that have to his job as governor? Governors can't have affairs? Does it make them work wrong or something?

I don't get the point on the resignation. He can stick his penis where he wants as far as he does his job well.

he resigned because of multiple pending sexual harrassment lawsuits being brought against him by men he had given jobs to in the NJ government.

I agree that it is good. I wasn't saying that I wouldn't vote in a gay but my guess was that most of the nation wouldn't.

Is he gay or did he just have a gay affair?

You know, people are all talking about how his wife has stood by his side through all of this. That's so bizarre to me. Like Hillary "standing by" Bill. I think it really shows you exactly what the sanctity of marriage becomes when politcs are involved. How can you go out in public and smile and support someone who broke what's considered to be a sacred vow to you?

    Man girls are dumb.

    Signature by rubah. I think.

Funny, because I thought you were a girl. Don't ask why. Maybe because that turtle thing looks female...or something. Was it female? Just seen four episodes of Love Hina, I hate those series anyway.

And, ahem, as for Hillary being by Clinton...well....it's either what I call "a lot of love" or "interest because you want to be in politics and being married to an ex-president MAYBE HELPS A LITTLE BIT".

Yes FoA is a girl but she always says how boys are So much cooler. I agree that Hillary staying by Bill was just to further her political career.
