And I think I have another task. Generals. Or right hand men...whatever you want it to be, but in a sense kind of an avatar for your city. But yeah, concoct a general, or town ruler. OH! And don't forget to assign him/her a deity, too. It'll help determine their personality, among othe things....I'm not exactly sure how I'm gonna make this work, but we'll see.

Job/Battle Style: The army of Ferris has several Teams, all skilled in different types of combat. Monks, Fighters, Paladins, Black Mages, White Mages, Red Mages, Blue Mages, Knights, Ninjas, Samurais, Paladins, Archers, and Summoners. And then there're a small group of elites who are skilled in several groups. Obviously, I'm an elite.

so what you want us to do is create a person (like make up what this person is like and stuff) to watch over a city? will we need to make one up for each city?

For the moment? Each person chooses one for their city. AND we can't forget to place the forts (the newbies) too so our cities can officially be placed.

The city belongs to whoever has a palace there. Fortresses have Generals, too, but not near the power of the City generals, due to the absence of proper facilities.

OH! And Nait/pr00t? I'd like to propose Sea Routes between all of my coastal towns to other Annafontanian Countries (Basically I would like it to be clear I have ports, and be sure that my comrades have available ports/accesses. This is preliminary, and I will further sketch out proposed routes if it is acceptable)

Battle Style: The army of Celeste is highly trained in combat on sandy grounds such as beaches or deserts. Because of such training the army has an advantage over those attempting to attack coastal cities. An elite group of assassins also reside in the city of celeste. Though small, this group is an essential addition to the army even though they never fight side by side.
