Trowa: *Ahem* If you won't mind, I'd like to explain this one. Ansem owns the body, and a large portion of the mind, but his split personality Kounetsu takes up a portion of the mind too, and tries to take over most of the time, but Ansem can stop him, most of the time. But, if Ansem allows Kounetsu to go, then he can use Ansem's body any way he likes. It works the same with us. We all use Seto's body, and apparently, kicked him out

Ansem: Kounetsu is not my ater-ego. He is an ancient demon who cannot live without a host body. In the time that he has possessed me, I have always stopped him from raping people. All of his other hosts have not allowed that to happen either. So, Kounetsu is an 18,422 year old virgin.

That means only the winner can leave. One of them has to win for anyone to be able to enter or exit. In other words, this has to happen: Loser --> :chop: <--Winner. Your spell was useless, it did nothing. This prevents foul play, for the most part. Kounetsu's sword appearing is fine, becuase it is somewhat part of him, as was albedo's controlling his 'partners', but summoning odin, for example would be cheap. Sorry for your inconvenience.
