Yeah, I lived in the area of Manchester for five years. They used the term Skally there. I had a huge problem with some gypsy people at my primary school i went to when i was first moved there. I like the drawing/sketch though, it made me laugh. sadly, i know a few people that are probably like that back in the town i lived there But you summed it up for some areas rather nicely.
