Omniscient

How can I beat Omniscient in the Fork tower? He keeps using Reset over and over again.

Edit: I already beat him with berserk.

Beserk is a cool (Simple?) way to do it.

But, so you know, There is a form of attack that triggers him to use reset. It's probably physical attacks, or it may be magic; I don't remember. But you're just not supposed to use that form of attack, and then he becomes quite easy to defeat.

Same kind of thing with the other boss in that area, I believe.

Just use Garnet. Then you have Wall (I think thats the spells name) on all charakters or just use the spell wall. All Spells he uses will be reflected and he damages himself. But you cant heal yourself with cure then. Use High-Potions.

Omniscient will use Reset if you use a physical attack. Cast Shell on your characters or use Carbuncle. In the latter case, try to have a Blue Mage with the White Wind ability so you can keep your guys healed. Keep attacking the boss with magic attacks and summons, and you should eventually win. However, if it seems that he's going to defeat you, just use a physical attack on him to make him reset the battle for you.
