Internet problem?

All day today when I've tried to open webpages I keep getting this message. (see atachment) If I just click the link a couple more times it works. Is it my ISP or Firefox?

I wiould but IE is just pissing me off and I can't download anyother browsers because of that thing x(


EDIT:Ok I tried to download opra out of IE but thats also a no go. I can't seem ot get anything to work yet, I'm in #EoFF fine and I'm downloading music no problem. It's just my browsers messing up. I just got this computer yesterday >:0. I ran a virus scan and got nothing. This is making me so mad


EDIT again: Ok I closed ares and now everythings working fine. I think it was because Ares had to change something with my firewall while it was open... weird.

I forgot all the techno-babble my brother gave me, but something similar happened to me once. It had nothing to do with my computer, but with some local internet directory.

meh, all I know is that it isn't firefox *strokes monitor*

Yeah I had to reset my proxy and that seemed to work.
