I think the Japanese, who made the game, will know it's numbering system a little better than you do.

AND, I think you will find that for a few weeks after it's release, BoFV reigned supreme at number 1 in the Japanese gaming charts. You're just too narrow minded to realise what a brilliant game it is.

Maybe playing and beating it a few times would open your eyes, rather than just dismissing so swiftly.
