In some German restaurants, I believe, the menu includes a recommended tip value for each dish. Very nifty.

If I'm feeling lazy, there's this card that my family tkaes with us everywhere that has the recommended tip thing on it, depending on what your food costs. But mostly, I just do the whole 15% thing, maybe 20% if the service is really good. I haven't gone anywhere that's been super expensive, so it hasn't been a problem.
