latent effect equipment

this is a multi part question that I believe I know some of the answer to so bare with me. WTF is latent effect equipment. I believe the pluses only come into effect when you have the right sub-job on but with most of them as hidden stats, how do you really know. Is there a list somewhere of which equipment activates the latent effect with which subjob? Please tell me everything you know

Latent effects means that under certain conditions are met, it activates, like yellow hp or certain sub jobs. I dont have a list however ;;
