A draw is a draw. There doesn't really need to be a winner.
Yes, really... it should be a draw. I belive in Square_is_the_best... but anyone COULD vote the one he/she want voted off and then just say that he/she voted the other one by mistake and trough that get -1 vote on his/her favourite and +1 extra on the one he/she want voted off.
Yea, my fav is Bahamut... but I still say this because the poll actually shows a draw.
