    You can get the cat nip accessory in the Bevelle underground in chapter 5. I can't remember what level you can get it on and who you have to fight (it has been awhile since I got it) but someone else should be able to help you with that. But yeah, under Bevelle is where you get it.

    Black element was a pain in the ass. It always cast's ultima no way around it(that i know of ). just have a dark knight use charon and hit it once or twice(normally).
