    is there any other way i could get the lady luck dressphere other than beating shinra in sphere break??????????

    No. Do it in ch. 3 or 5, but that is the only way.

    And don't forget, you're missing out on Double EXP and an Episode Concluded if you don't do it in Chapter 3.
