Let's see... it's BEFORE calmlands. Therefore 9999 is the max hp before this boss.

Ellerkerm, which Evrae do you speaking of. In Bevelle or in Bevelle underground. Second is very easy. Cast curative spells and thats all. First is a bit tougher. Try to cast reflect on Evrae, then cast reflect (for example) on Tidus. Then cast slow on Tidus , the magic will bounce and Evrae will be slowed. He will try to cast haste on himself, but instead one of your characters will be hasted!!! HEH!
