Living in the Forums
If you had to live in one of the forums, where would you live? Imagine each forum was a room. The size of the room would be relative to the amount of posts. The people who post in the forum would be living in that forum with you, and so on. You'd eat, watch TV, play sports and sleep etc. in there - basically a massive amount of people living in that room/area. You could have, say, General Chat - you'd be in with a huge amount of people and it would probably be pretty noisy. The Arts/Writing forum would be full of people writing or painting or drawing or whatever, casually talking. Gaming forum? Well, obviously it would be a LAN party of some sort. Feedback would probably be where all the union-types would be, constantly requesting changes but having fun and being smartarses while they're at it. Staff forums would be where the real decisions are made, and Eyes on Each Other would be where people get together and talk about more serious things, getting away from the rabble in GC. World Events would discuss, er, politics, and the World of EoFF forum would be where people create things together. Help would be full of people with questions and people helping solve the problems, basically helping each other out. It'd be fairly quiet, though. So, where would you be? They all would have their ups and downs, that's for sure.
Taking away the hidden staff forums, I'd be in the Site Staff Forum - it's a place where people can come along and make things happen in a relaxed yet quiet environment, with people coming and going as they please and also with a few good friends who stick around for good. Quiet enough to relax, not too crowded and the people who post there are all nice and helpful but still able to take the piss out of each other.
