I get new Game Boy games for $30 usually, though I will spend the $50 if that's what it's going for. I'm looking forward to Chain of Memories.

I don't know if you've noticed, but whenever they estimate the price using the Japanese retail price, it always comes out cheaper than that. I remember when FFXI came out, they said it would retail at about $70 based on the price in Japan, but it was like other video games: $50.

Not for the PC it wasn't. And it's only $100 because you have to pay for the HDD as well.

It's not so much that it's more expensive, it's the difference of the value of a dollar and a yen. It's a lot of economics crap that I dont wanna go into cause I dont fully understand it.

That's because at the moment to buy FFXI you have to buy the HDD with it so a new $50 game and a $50 HDD makes a $100 and I wish a new GBA game usually would be $20 but it is $30 oh well and yeah for a Kingdom Hearts game it is totally worth the cash anyway my mom said she would get it for my birthday I'm not loosing any money. No I am not one of those stange irresponsible 40 year old men who live with thier parents.

$30 for a new game is a really sweet deal. I've never seen a new GBA game go for $20. If it was $20, I'd probably assume it was either a really bad game, a special deal (classic NES series), or incredibly short. If it DID cost $50 new, I'd assume it was a really really good game, or it was one of those crazy gimmick cartridges.
