Nearly there, over 100 hours though, also, when you complete the judge missions, isn't the game supposed to end fully, as in you can't go on it after????

The game ends after the last judge mission, yes.

ive done 299 missions and ive been playing 211 hours. i cant get that last item i need its a broken sword any ideas how to get it?

Take missions and then dismiss them to bring up new ones until the one with the broken sword comes up. The missions run on a cycle.

I had earlier voted the second to last option, but now I've done 300. Go me.
Broken Sword is received rom either "Inspiration" (156) or "Why am I Wet?" (189). I don't think that either of those are repeatable, so check your log of missions. If both of those two are completed, you may have thrown away your Broken Sword and be screwed.
