What the fudge? My chocobos are sad!

My chocos have the blues and hang their heads low. Im on the 2nd disc and I spent the 10000gil for the stables. But my chocobos won't go in them. What am I supposed to do? Whenever I try and move them to the stables chocobo bill says, "I wouldn't suggest that one"

....I wanna raise/race/feed my chocobos. They are all stuck in that fenced area.

The chocobos that are sad are the poor ones which are really slow in races and no good when it comes to breeding. I don't really remember much about the chocobo part but if you want to a great or wonderful chocobo then I think you have to catch one from either the Icicle or Mideel area. If they're fair/good/great/wonderful then the chocobo man will let you put them in the stables. But then again I haven't done anything to do with chocobos in a long time so I might be wrong

Yep. You can't a gold one by using the bad chocobos. They are not worthy. *sniffs*.

Hrm...I think you can catch good ones around the gold saucer, and great ones around mideel. They have to have enemies called spirals and....somethin` else with them though.

Look near Mideel or in the North Snowfields. Those are the good ones.
