That is just a jaw-dropping design. Amazing. If voting ever has anything to do with this, I'm picking that one.
Okay, I fully scanned my comp for every type of wurm, virus, trojan, corrupted I/O and a whole bunch of other stuff. ^_^ It didn't find anything so I don't know why your email blocked it, I rezipped my entry to another partition and I'm gonna use a different email address to send it, hopefully this works...

If it doesn't work something must be wrong with your mail cuz I just sent this file to my friend who uses hotmail and it didn't say there was a virus.

For some reason Angelfire is really lame so if you could picture Squall's head being at the very top instead of where it is, that is how it would look if it was uploaded to the EOFF server. The I, II, III, IV, etc buttons would also be clickable.

It looks very nice, the only problem I have is the white border. Maybe try using a darker color.
That one is actually just a modified version of THIS layout from Day Dream Graphics with the required credits and links taken off.
