It's official. The Ice is back in the game. I got my worldpass today and started my Tarutaru blackmage in Windurst.

I hear this is the EoFF server, so who's on here?

I'm still a bit of a noobert. I had a 20 blackmage on Carbuncle before I quit at the start of the summer, but I really didn't know squat about the game.

Anybody in Windurst that wants to show me around or group up? I know people recommend you solo to 10, but it is so slow for a caster, and I'd rather have 7 less exp a kill if they would die twice as fast. Perhaps someone could show me how macros work. How about a linkshell? The Icewires is always ready to be in linkshells.

I'm still not too certain on how magic breaks work. I'm also having a bit of problems conning enemies with the directional pad and moving the joystick at the same time. I think that setup is a bit awkward compared to the R1 con and joystick movement of Everquest Online Adventures.

I'd be more than happy to group up in Windurst, or join an EoFF linkshell. Remember, the name is Icewires, and I'm a level 2 Blackmage Tarutaru from Windurst. I was actually aiming for Icehorse, but I figured that would be a wee bit too ridiculous.
