World Cup of Hockey 2004

Seing how there might not even be a 2004-2005 NHL season I've had to watch all I could of the World Cup of Hockey!!!

I've been very impressed of Canada thus far. We canucks are kicking royal arse thus far... 2-1 over the US and then 5-1 over Slovakia last night. Not only are all the players doing good, the players from my favourite team are doing awsome. I'm talking aboot Martin St. Louis, Vincent Lecavalier and Brad Richards. Gretzky did a great job on Canada's roster.

Anyways, is anyone else in this world following this?

Finland all the way! Two games so far, and two shutouts for Kipper. Today important and exciting game against our sweet rivals Sweden.

Whoo-hoo! Finland won the group. Now all we need to do is to beat Germans. That game was a thriller.
