Me and some friends used sock puppets in a skit in class last year. I still have one, they rocked (this was a grade 11 College/University level class for those of you familiar with Ontario schooling).

I've tried one with Red Hot chili Peppers style and I think it was pretty cool. ( no, I really havent tried it)

btw, in old times, they used to use sock-like things as condoms.

The only time I ever made one was in second grade. I was playing around with it though, and then the guy....little boy I liked took it and smashed it on the floor. Then I started crying. People are so cruel these days.
