It's actually not. There have previously been reports of people dressed as Batman quite literally saving an old lady's purse from being stolen. Two guys took off with an old lady's purse and he chased them down, returned the purse and apparently the two guys ended up with the police. That was unrelated to Fathers For Justice or whatever it is, though. However, something that was related is when Spiderman walked an extremely busy bridge at rush hour, causing the bridge to have to be closed while the police got the guy down.
