Jenova is back in one form or another. In the translation of the first real trailer released by SE, it is mentioned, "They have recovered Jenova's head." That was the only part of Jenova that went unaccounted for. It disappeared after Cloud (SPOILER)tosseed Sephiroth into the lifestream, it also mentions that there's going to be another reunion.

I think it's agreed that Loz, Yazoo and Kadaj are indeed Sephiroth clones. Their origins are pretty shady though. According to both the main site, Loz and Yazoo are in their twenties, and Kadaj is in his teens. That means they existed during, and prior to, the events of Final Fantasy VII. If they are Sephiroth clones, then why weren't they drawn to Jenova's reunion? All of those that came to the northern crater, except Cloud, died, so they weren't there.
