but doesn't only rufus have the information and cells of sepiroth. and its possible that he want's to start shinra inc. agian, but now with sepiroth clones
and i saw a two picture of the clones, under the first picture was written ''spikyhead sepiroth'' and under the other picture was written ''tree clones''. so i agree that they are clones.
