To obtain Wakka's overdrives you must play Blitzball.I think first you must first win some tournaments and league games. Once you've played over 30 or more games,you will have access to Wakka's overdrives which can be won as prizes in tournaments and leagues if i remember correctly.

I think it's less than 30..somewhere around 20-25 games i believe....

Brother is Rikku's brother. You can recruit him once you get the airship. You can also get Wakka at that point too! Brother is supposed to be really good, and Wakka is just good to have for nostalgia reasons.

You don't have Brother?He is considered one of the best blitzball players and he really is..you should get him,he is very useful.With him you can win easily the blitzball games..

I use the original team. I never recruited anyone...except Wakka but lv3 at that point could NOT compare to lv 40s. I'm in the process of getting the Venus Sigil.
