there feelings 4 eachother were always implied. and its fitting as Tifa had been flirting with Cloud all this time.Cloud could finally open up after Tifa unraveled his past in the life stream. so while i feel he was totally in love with Aeris, Aeris realised Tifa was right for Cloud, and in time Cloud too realised this, culmanating in that scene at the end of disc 2.

I'd like to think so. They're one of my favorite couples---I, too, love how everything is implied. Sometimes it's nice to have to use your imagination a bit, because it isn't all shoved right in our face.

IMO, after the whole lifetsream deal, Cloud and Tifa were an item. I know that's arguable, but that's the way I see it. Hell, I was 7 or 8 years old, watching my friend play, and I was convinced they were together. Everything he said during that part of the game just screamed "I love you Tifa", but without actually saying it.

Anyways, it's a beautiful scene, with or without the sex.

In my opinion i don't think they have sex...just kisses maybe..but on the other hand why she was embarassed?..anyway i believe Tifa-Cloud were hot for each other,so maybe it was a normal thing to happen...

I'm not sure if they made love there, but they probably did something, like declared their love for each other, embraced one another, kissed passionately etc. There has to be some reason why Tifa is so embarrassed that they were all watching. I guess it's totally up to interpretation about whether they made love or not.

Agreed. Also, that kind of behaviour seems inconsistent with their personalities.

Neither of those two is really like that at all.

Besides, there are two different ways that scene can go - depending on who Cloud dated at the Gold Saucer. Tifa's reaction is less serious if she wasn't Cloud's date; but either way, nothing really suggests more than some snuggling and maybe a comforting kiss.

Haha, that was funny, Big D! Do you have dialogues for both scenes? I haven't seen any difference there myself. In my first game (FF7 PC version), Cloud dated Aeris. In my second game (FF7 PC), Cloud dated Tifa. And in my third game (FF7 PSX), Cloud dated Tifa again. Every time I've played the game, the scene at the end of Disc 2 has always had the same events and dialogues happening.

A kiss is a kiss, i see it happen all the time at skool, and it's kinda odd. but, like, even so, it doesn't matter. it's all about how your mind thinks, interpertaion, all dat stuff

maybe she was so embarassed because she worked so hard to build up a tough girl image, like studying martial arts, being a bar hostess, and helping her friend that she knew needed her to be strong enough to support the both of them. and being caught cuddling, kissing, or *cough* (which i doubt), threatened her in a way.

i interpreted that scene as they admit feelings to each other and end up cuddling and comforting each other. they needed each other if they were going to stop sephi and the meteor. at that point, they thought it would only be them two to challenge sephi.

true, first time i saw it i thought they got down and dirty, but i see it as they would probably wait until they saved the world. they had faith that they would see this to the end, and would want something to look forward to.

yeah that was what i thought the first time, then the second time, i thought well, maybe they didn't. then the third time I'm like, well, maybe they did mayb they didn't. so i guess it could work out either way, they did or didn't. again, it's all in how your mind works, and how you interpret the scene

Okay okay, seriously. I've just finished my first playthrough of the game (sad I know, but I was a late bloomer with FF), and I just saw that scene for the first time today. I immediately assumed they got it on, because of the seriousness of the game and the circumstances surrounding that moment in the game. I didn't even think twice about it, it was like a given.

Of course I wasn't sure at first because they were just laying next to each other and stuff but once Tifa was all embarassed, then I was sure of it. The world is about to possibly end, little things like kissing and such are sure to be casually acceptable when you have the fate of the world on your shoulders.
