decent voice acting (damn Yuna-FFX),

Apparently it was quite good in the Japanese version but the American branch screwed it up (In my head, they all have English accents... ecxept Barret, but I guess that's just because I am English. Vincent, in my head, is most definatly a posh English man. Sephiroth is the same)

What I want. A Gothic feel. NOT Goth,l but Gothic. Very broody and dark. Classical operatic music that is possibly a little uneasy in places.

Back story. LOTS of back story. I want to know everything! Lucrica, the arm, the Turks, the whole shabang. He was already my favorite character. Maybe that was because of the mystery... ah never mind.

His transformations. they were just so dang DUDE!

Just one question though... What the HELL are the Guado doing in a FFVII

Nobuo is fine, he makes great music of those two genres I mentioned. After all, look at Aria di Mezzio Carattere.

hrm.. honestly im not too keen on the whole "devil may cry" style of gameplay... maybe thats because i am too much of a traditionalist, but it would be a darn shame if it turns out to be nothing but a hack 'n slash. Also, it would be good to get the free-form gameplay going, i.e. fewer restrictions on player choices. Diversity of gameplay would be good aswell, so far i have just seen dark, archaic environments. Think final fantasy VII, nibelheim and kalm town, and watai, three diametrically opposing environments that really give you the impression that your traversing great distances when you jump in your highwind and carve-up the skies. I do realize that it may not be the intention of square to allow this form of gameplay, but this is a "wish-list" right.

I want ff7 on steroids, but thats D@m near impossibe, but i like the wole super secret form. it should look like a cross between cloud and sepheroth and be called 'the two winged angel" btw, did any one evey beat seperoth in kindom hearts? it must trigger something.... did anyone else beat it and see cloud and Aeris make out???

I was thinking..if it was an action-adventure game, you can transform when you get X amount of hits, just like limits.

Cid must be in the game, so does the highwind. Imagine a scene where you fight in the highwind, shooting things in the sky or something lie that.

yeah that would be cool but transforming and ripping enemies apart is fun to! but it all comes down to this will we see important things about poor vinnie's past???

But Vincent's also an athletic sort of chap, leaping about the place like he thinks he's in Crouching Tiger. There's also that highly cool picture of him perched on a rooftop in front of the Shinra Mansion.

So I figure there could be a bit of everything - unarmed combat, gunfighting, leaping ledge to wall.

I want to see all the original characters apart from Aeris and possibly Cait Sith, I suppose. I want to see a lot more story to do with the links between Vincent, Sephiroth, Cloud, Aeris etc. I want to see materia being used for the battle system and I want to see a few games here and there. I most definitely want to see the 'future' FFVII world map and I hope it looks exactly the same only with a few new places and obviously Midgar in ruins. I can't wait to run around the rubble of Midgar. I want to see the monsters being similar to FFVII so as to create continuity, although I'm flexible - I suppose I can go without the Evil House of Doom. That would be great in an FMV, though.

I want to see Cloud & Tifa together as a couple without the dirty skank - er, I mean Aeris - getting in the way of my screen. Man, that was annoying. I just wanted for Cloud and Tifa to get together already. I was so happy when the end of the first disk graced my eyes. Ah, sweet heavenly relief.

i think it's only gonna be based on cait sith and vincent but in advent children your gonna see the lot of 'em. ^_^
