I'd say Rinoa. She has a cool fashion sense. I especially liked the whole angel wing motif. Beautiful~

It's actually debatable as to whether FF1's White Mage is a woman at all. The White Mage does kinda become a White Wizard which resembles...Jesus (ie. male) Unless the Mage get's a magical sex change (which is possible mind you, it is a mage after all) I think it's safe to say that the White Mage is a girly looking guy or a boy.
