Well, you CAN wait. You don't NEED the expansion pack in order to play the game, but it's not going to hurt either. You'll be able to get the new jobs and quests as soon as they're available to you if you install RotZ now, or you could wait until you've gotten the hang of the game a little better. It's up to you.
