Strange characters on FF VIII Poster

Bought aquired a FF VIII poster but I don't recognise either of the characters.

does anyone know who they are ?

wasn't there a more deatiled description of it? Maybe smth more tahn FF8 poster? Those characters aren't of FF8!

Strange aint it.

The logo at the bottom of the poster is FF VIII.
And it's a properly printed poster too.

There are the trains that are of FF8 but the characters... they are not of FF8! At leats main chgaracters but not ven hidden caharcters they aren't even the gilrs of the next door of FF8! I'd say taht they were of FF10 but there says FF8

It's a mystery.

Was thinking maybe they were very early versions of the charcters.
